This policy explains how Sankof Engineering & Construction delivers services to clients, wherever they are based.
How services are delivered. All consultancy, review, and advisory services are delivered remotely, by video/phone consultation, digital file exchange, and your client portal. Site visits are not included in any listed service or package unless separately agreed and contracted.
Deliverable formats. Depending on the service, you will receive PDF reports, DWG or RVT drawing files, and XLSX BOQs, schedules, or estimates.
Working hours and time zone. We operate from Zambia (Central Africa Time, UTC+2). We respond to inquiries within 1 business day.
Communication channels. Email and client portal messaging are our official record of communication. Calls are scheduled by request.
Confidentiality. Project files and drawings are handled confidentially and are not shared outside the assigned engineering team without your consent. A mutual NDA is available on request.
Acceptance of deliverables. Deliverables are considered accepted if no revision request is received within 14 days of delivery.
