Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in extremely rare cases of corrupted or unusable files reported within 24 hours.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before access to digital products is granted. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

Some products may require third-party software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil3D, or Microsoft Excel. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary software and hardware to use our products effectively.

14. Professional Advisory Disclaimer
Our engineering consultancy, reviews, and advisory services are provided as professional guidance. They do not replace, and are not a substitute for, sign-off, certification, or approval by a locally licensed engineer or authority where required under the laws of the project’s jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming local code, permitting, and licensing requirements applicable to your project location.
15. International Clients & Compliance
Clients located outside Zambia are responsible for ensuring that use of our services complies with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction. Sankof Engineering & Construction does not represent that our deliverables meet the specific regulatory requirements of any country other than Zambia unless expressly agreed in writing. This does not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
16. Currency & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Clients paying from other currencies may be subject to currency conversion and card-issuer fees outside our control. Payment for services and packages is made through a secure payment link sent to your email once your booking or quotation is confirmed.
17. Service Restrictions
We reserve the right to decline service to clients located in jurisdictions subject to applicable trade sanctions or export restrictions.
