How are your services delivered if I’m not in Zambia?
Everything is handled remotely — video/phone consultations, digital file exchange, and deliverables sent through your client portal. No site visit is required for our advisory and review services.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work with clients across Africa, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and beyond. Communication, quoting, and delivery are all structured for cross-border work.
What payment methods do you accept?
Once your quotation or booking is confirmed, we send a secure payment link to your email address. You can pay online through that link using major debit/credit cards and other supported payment methods.
How long does a typical project take?
Turnaround depends on scope. Plan reviews typically take 2-4 business days; BOQ preparation and structural reviews take 5-10 business days; feasibility studies and larger packages are scoped in your quotation.
What’s your revision policy?
Each service and package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are charged based on the scope of the requested changes.
What happens after I pay?
You’ll receive a confirmation email and your project is assigned to an engineer. You can track progress and download deliverables from your account.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes — we can sign a mutual NDA before reviewing sensitive project information. Just request one when you submit your requirements.
